POTTERY

GET YOUR HANDS ACTIVE AND CREATE MAGIC

LET IT SPIN

Working with the pottery wheel is something most people have had visions about. It looks so appealing when the clay moves around and around and shapes into a bowl or vase. During this 6-weeks course you will experiencce the art of throwing clay. Enjoy the exitement and enthusiasme.  Making mistakes is part of the process.

FEEL THE CLAY

Each class is hands-on.You work on your own pottery wheel. First you learn how to walk the clay, how to make it stick to your pottery wheel and then the magic begins. But wait, where do you put your hands, how much pressure do you apply and why does it look so simple but is it so much harder than you thought. And then, it works, you gradually get the hang of it and you learn how to shape and finish your work.
