Clay is amazing material to work with. You can mold it with your hands, slap it, cut it, put it back together again and form it to your needs.
At the studio of Amsterdam House of Arts & Crafts we offer you the opportunity to experience the versatility of the material.
Use your hands or use the pottery wheel. We offer both techniques.
During our hand sculpting clay course you will learn the basic techniques of molding the clay by hand. You can use molds or slabs, build the clay in rings or make a more course shape placing pieces of clay when you make a scultpure. The possibilities are endless.
In the pottery course you will learn to use the pottery wheel. But be careful it is very addictive!
